There are 18 sets Semi-automatic checking fixture of automotive casting part,  for Tesla Model S project,  the checking fixture structure for cylinder control , avoid the cylinder to be damaged , every cylinder had been design the fence to pretect it. 

When put the part on checking  fixture and adjust the casting part proper touch on checking fixture,  clamp all the clamps  properly as well, install and contect air pipe, the checking fixture ready to working status, and as the design circle time to work.
