This is the first cooperation between TTM and customer who from France. There are totally 25 set component checking fixture which is for component parts near the wing plate. The material of base and body are aluminum. The part are not so big , for the surface measurement , we set up the gap and GO/NOGO . For the trimming , we are using the scribe line .In this way ,we can save the weight of checking fixture .

For the surface treatment , we are using plating for the steel component ,this can protect the part well and keep the good appearance(body ,base and components are in one color: silver color )
